Obadiah is the baby of the herd, but don’t be fooled into thinking he acts like one, he is a rascal!  Once he was smaller than the others but no more. He joined us with Rupert and has been by his side at all times, except when Rupert was in hospital. On Rupert’s return the joy expressed by him was boundless and he protected and stood by him through his long convalescence. His character is still forming and as with Rupert he is still growing and maturing. Even from young he has been a tireless worker, his broad rump powers him on, he lacks the elegance of Rupert but will be a very powerful horse when fully grown. He has paired with all the other horses but is most at ease with Rupert and again simply loves to part of the four in hand team, working tirelessly. He too has a blistering gallop and will trot and canter for hours.

He will stand quietly while being admired but soon make a fuss when ignored.
