Special Events: Driving-Sideways Ltd and the New Forest Horsedrawn Omnibus Company were established primarily to keep rare-breed heavy horses in work and to pass on the skills required to keep them in daily use in road work, land work and in competition. We encourage volunteers of all ages to take what part they can and want to in our activities. This year we have suffered a significant burgulary and will have to limit our activities while we replace the equipment and secure the yard. All private hire work and charitable appearances are done to raise funds to support this work. Please contact us by email or ring 07852 208 048 for more details.

British Heavy Horse Driving Trials Club & joint Southern Counties Heavy Horse Association displays. There may be additional fund raising events announced. Volunteers can attend all events, public are welcome at Southern Counties Heavy Horse Events. (Click here for reports of 2008 events). |
