This is Rueben, getting to know Pruddi and finding his feet at the yard. He is Steve & Sue's grandson. We were lucky to have a sunny Saturday. We were clearing ditches to try and minimise the flooding of the field, it was jolly good fun and the mild weather did help keep me warm, even if I did get soaked and scratched. I need to find some waders for the next time. Later in the year we will have to use the JCB to clear them out properly and maybe we can improve the drainage of the field. Just for now though we are very limited in what we can achieve by the weather.
