There are times when I feel we could do with both moats and drawbridges - honestly it isnt a feudal society, but sometimes it feels it. Last Friday night/Saturday morning we were burgled for the third time this year!
It is a long, tedious and tiresome story, so I wont bore you with it, if you want to know what happened, give us a ring, but yet again we are strengthening defences and replacing vital kit.
On the upside, the police have arrested and charged two people, thanks to our landlord who took the number of their car when he caught them in his field on Saturday morning behaving suspiciously. Still doesnt mean we have the stuff back. Anyway, enough of that - the field now has a gate - I took the day off from revision to go and help Steve and this is the result of our efforts - not quite a moat and a drawbridge but it might help, at least we hope so.
