Pontheuille

Another beautiful town. Steve and Sue with Rupert and Obie coming in, Robert and Barbera going out.  We made it in good time, not too difficult this stage, is there going to be a truce between humans and satnav?  It isnt looking very likely.  What a relief though to see Jo arrive and negotiate the tiny roads to the lorry park where Tom & Mark had saved her a parking space.

As we arrived, Millie and Sarah the vet arrived.   A huge relief all round that Millie had had nothing more than a couple of stitches and straight away she is off to get water feeling vaguely embarrassed about it all.  It could all have been so much worse.  Molly had kicked out and just caught Millie, a really glancing blow, quite terrifying to see how much harm a horse can do when it is scared.  Eddie was OK too.  A bump on the head.

As Jo was there she did a great job of taking pictures of us doing the change.  Click here to see the slideshow.
